Yes, you may return your perfume if the seal on the packaging remains intact. You will then receive full refund or if preferred, a credit note.

Yes we do ship free to the UK. International shipping to Europe is £35 for orders under £150. Orders over £150, shipping is free.

Once your payment has been received by VYV your order should take 3-5 days within the UK. 5-7 days within Europe. 5-10 days for the rest of the world.

Ours is a perfume, not an eau de parfum, eau de toilette, eau de cologne or eau fraiche. Pure perfume is the most luxurious, strongest and concentrated. With a high end product like ours, the process of producing top quality merchandise involves time, creating a bespoke product which is hand crafted with the highest quality ingredients resulting in concentration, longevity and sillage.
